Crypto transactions as you all know are just a matter of time..i have already lost a significant amount of time and money taking videos for verification and sending several emails to sort out a small thing as adding a mobile money account

Apologies that you feel that way, but once you abide by the process and your number is added the transaction should be smooth

At the end of the day, the platform is built for users, so it helps to listen to feedback from users..you could also be in my shoes in need of doing the same transaction and you would be frustrated by your own platform
